So when I was down in the International District of China town, I decided to have a look in the giant grocery store that they have there. As soon as I walked in, in knew that I was in for a real treat. I also had my little girl with me, and as soon as she saw a bright colors and things hanging form the ceiling, I knew that she was going to have good time too. The fist stop that we made was to the gift section. In the gift section thy all sorts of good things. There were the normal stuff, like pots and pans, knifes, teapots, and stuff like that. But, then there were some really funny things, like wind up sushi toys and tiny little table setting models. My little girl loved all of the Hello Kitty stuff, and so I had to get her some of it. All of the writing was in Chinese, so I needed to get it for her. Real authentic stuff from china. What funny is that everything is from china, so I guess that I don’t know what makes it special, other than the original packaging. Then we went over to the grocery section. So much crazy stuff. In just the produce section alone, I saw more stuff that I didn’t recognize than stuff that I knew what it was. I wish I knew how to cook with all of those different ingredients.
