International Cheese Technology Exposition Tradeshow
Every other year, the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research host the International Cheese Technology Exposition which cheese manufacturers and suppliers from around the world attend. Two-full days are dedicated to diary and cheese-related products. This coming year, Kusel Equipment will be an exhibitor at the International Cheese Technology Exposition to showcase their cheese equipment products. Kusel Equipment manufactures a variety cheese making equipment including: cheese vats, cheese finishing tables, cheese presses. Kusel Equipment features a variety of cheese vats. The enclosed “cook-rite” vat is available in sizes from 15,000 lbs. to 50,000 lbs. and is designed with complete sanitation in mind. It is also customizable with an automated control system. Kusel Equipment also has open cheese vats which utilize steam heating, recirculating water heating, and small production sizes. The “End Door” cheese vat is also available which is a hybrid that combines a vat and finishing table in a single unit. The cheese finishing tables produced for Kusel Equipment are available in almost any size and feature various agitator and motor sizes. All tables are continuously welded for improved sanitation feature slotted drain screens for reduced loss. All tables also have stainless steel pipes for uniform heating. There are a variety of cheese presses featured in Kusel’s cheeseequipment line. A-Frame Cheese Presses save time and are spacially efficient that can accept almost any cheese mold. Longhorn Style Cheese Presses are available in 45 and 60 hoop models and includes moveable cheese carts and filler heads. The Tube Cheese Press System is Kusel Equipment’s unique model that finishes the cheese in a 4 to 6 inch diameter and 39 inches long.
